Easy, easy, easy. Just sweet enough and has a lot of protein.
1/2 cup low fat yogurt
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup rolled oats
1 small banana, peeled and cut into thirds
1 T peanut butter
1/2 tsp honey
pinch of salt
pinch of nutmeg
2 pinches of cinnamon
4 ice cubes
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Makes 1 smoothie. About 375 calories.
